HISTORY

A Russian villain with a serious throat injury that necessitated a mechanical implant to enable him to talk, the man called Vox attempted to make use of the U.S. military plans to create a robot army. He led an assault on Colonel Craven's base with his cyborg followers, but was defeated by the Metal Men. Vox's biggest dismay was his freakish mechanical voice. He hated the sound of the human speech and anyone who spoke around him was subjected to his death-scream, which could destroy a human mind..
