Synopsis: - It's leadership election time at Young Justice HQ, as everyone finally realises that Robin was never officially voted in as leader. It seems likely that the casting vote will fall to Cissie, who is overwhelmed by her friends attempts to win her over. In their efforts to out-do each other, the candidates - Ray, Robin, Superboy and Wonder Girl - make a complete mess of an attempt to arrest a couple of bank robbers. Later, the votes all cast, Snapper gets ready to announce the winner...
