HISTORY

Zan (a.k.a. "Heart-From-Above") and his twin sister Jayna are mainly known as the fabled Wonder Twins, former rulers of the planet Exor and later heroic members of the Extreme Justice faction of the Justice League. Zan and Jayna were granted special powers by the Ten Elements of the Universe to protect and rule over the people of Exor.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Zan has the power to change into any water-based form, but can only activate it when having physical contact with Jayna.
