HISTORY

Zusen was lieutenent to Astarte, the Captain of the star-spanning armada of the Citizenry. When both Astarte and her daughter Theana were defeated by Wonder Woman, Zusen was left in charge, and ordered by Wonder Woman to replinish their supplies on uninhabited worlds.
