HISTORY
Royalty on her homeworld of Havania, Bleez lived a privileged ife, looking down upon her servants. The arrival of the Sinestro Corps Soldier of Sector 465 meant the death of her mother and the end of her life on Havania.
She was enslaved by the Sinestro Corps and tortured in the sentient city of Ranx. To crush her spirit her Sinestro Corps torturer brutally cut her wings.
A Green Lantern Corps attack on Ranx gave her the chance of escape, even if in death. Still, the Sinestro Corps soldier would not allow her even that, rescuing her.
Her rage and hunger for vengeance made her an ideal choice for the Red Lanterns. The red power ring slipped on her finger, changing her. She was then able to kill the Sinestro Corps Soldier of Sector 465. - Blackest Night: Tales of the Corps #2
Though Ranx the Sentient City was believed to have been destroyed, that did not satisfy Bleez. The Red Lanterns sought out the blood of Sinestro and his followers. The Red Lanterns struck Sinestro Corps during their ambush of the Green Lantern Corps, with all three sides trying to take possession of Sinestro himself. - Final Crisis: Rage of the Red Lanterns #1
Following the Blackest Night, Bleez has been sent by Atrocitus to accompany Green Lantern Guy Gardner into the unknown sectors.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
As a Red Lantern, Bleez wields a red power ring giving her the capability of flight, survival in space and most dangerously, the ability to spew a napalm-like red plasma from her mouth, which incinerates all it touches.
