HISTORY

Walter Chase, an otherwise ordinary man, was a member of the Justice Experience, a group of heroes who operated between the Golden Age and the coming of the new heroic era. He, along with most of his colleagues, was killed by one Dr. Trap, whose wife had been caught in the crossfire between the Justice Experience and their foes. Walter left behind a wife and two daughters, one of whom grew up to resent all super-heroes as a direct consequence of his tragic death. She, Cameron Chase, would eventually become a government agent and develop a relatively close relationship with her father's one surviving colleague, the Bronze Wraith, now known as the Martian Manhunter.
