Synopsis: - Tim Drake suggests that Batman could trace the Penguin's transmissions next time he uses his avian-controlling technology, and helps Batman place a homing device to be used by someone intending to purchase said technology. Batman tracks the Penguin to his lair and spoils his demonstration to potential buyers. Soon, the Penguin is captured, Sherry West rescued and Harold, realizing how the Penguin had used him, goes into hiding.
