Synopsis: - Mr Freeze, fresh from his encounters with Neron and Green Lantern, begins terrorising wealthy Gothamites. Meanwhile, the cold relationship between the Gordons begins to thaw, and James tells his wife that he is pulling out of the mayoral race and putting his weight behind Marion Grange's campaign. Batman tracks down and subdues Freeze, but not before he kills of several Gothamites.
