Synopsis:

A number of people with mob connections have been found dead, with the few surviving eye-witnesses describing someone who sounds an awful lot like Azrael. Batman is convinced it is Azrael, but Robin is less sure, so the two split up to follow their hunches. Robin thinks there is a protection angle and is led to "Handy Andy" Baron, the next probable victim. Batman tracks down Jean-Paul Valley, but it is immediately apparent that he is not responsible. Robin, however, is on the money, for soon after he arrives, "Handy Andy" is attacked and killed, with the airborne killer, Steeljacket, saying that Robin, since he is a witness, is next. Elsewhere, as he returns to the Batcave, Batman is met by Bruce Wayne, who has returned to Gotham City once more.
