Synopsis: - Mister Freeze clears up after the mess that is the Penguin's baby ring, and also kills a number of the Penguin's men in the process. Batman, meanwhile, is pursuing leads across the city, while the Penguin's 'friends' send a living bomb to his headquarters. Robin observes the new mother of one of the babies from the ring and sees her killed by someone or something impersonating her husband.

Synopsis: - The freaks kidnap Councillor Christopher Rowley in order to talk to him about TomJohn's death. He reveals that he knew TomJohn, had helped him get into the USA without papers, but he swears that he did not kill the man. Before he can tell them more, he is shot dead from a distance, with another bullet injuring Kitt Calahan, just as the police arrive on the scene, forcing the freaks to flee.
