As a Red Lantern, Dex-Starr wields a red power ring giving him the capability of flight, survival in space and most dangerously, the ability to spew a napalm-like red plasma from his mouth, which incinerates all it touches.

Additionally, Dex-Starr has the capability of creating constructs from the red energy of the ring.
