Synopsis: - Romy Chandler returns to work following the extended leave she's been taking due to Nate Patton being in a critical condition in hospital. Meanwhile, Detectives Driver and MacDonald continue their investigation into the bomb attack on a high school baseball team ten years ago. They talk to Harvey Bullock, the detective originally assigned to the case, and learn that he had two theories - an involvement with a local gambling organization, or possibly a revenge attack by some 'geeks' who had been tormented by the baseball team. When they interrogate the Mad Hatter who supplied the means for the bombing, they are led in the direction of the geeks, while Harvey Bullock takes the fight directly to the top of the gambling organizations, by assaulting the Penguin.
