- JLA #17 - Syndicate Rules ([November] 2005)
Synopsis: - On the Antimatter Earth, the Crime Syndicate are bored and are reduced to engineering rebellions against their rule in order to have some form of amusement. They are held together by a mutual distrust and a reliance on their world's one true principle - that anyone who owes a favour is obliged to repay it. Power Ring discovers a potential threat - Qward, a planet of warriors, although tarnished warriors with a lesser pride in their ways than they once had. The Syndicate attack Qward, and before long the planet is destroyed. But then things change, and Power Ring makes the same discovery, although Power Ring is no longer the same person.
