JLA #17 - Syndicate Rules ([November] 2005)

Synopsis:

The Qwardians plan to activate an ancient weapon known as the Void Hound, but first must defeat the security systems on the planetoid Turi, formerly a moon of Maltus. Meanwhile, on Earth, the Crime Syndicate find that it is very hard to get their own way, even when disguised as the heroes of the Justice League. It is not until Power Ring and Johnny Quick help defeat Computron and the Rainbow Raiders that anyone volunteers any information. And the Justice League realize that a number of anomalies bear closer investigation.
