Synopsis: - Flash is able to shake off the darkness, save Batman and join the Elite in standing against Manchester Black and the mysterious Eve. The key to saving London is to reawaken Vera Black, thus ousting Manchester Black and breaking his hold over Eve. Overcoming the fear, distrust and anger which has kept them from working together properly, the Elite present a united front that is able to bring Vera back and give her the will power to banish Manchester. Dawn realizes that the spirits of the dead in London have not moved on - they can be saved, and all is restored. As far as the public is concerned, the Elite perished alongside Manchester Black, but this is far from true. Vera, Kasumi, Green Arrow, Flash, Coldcast and Dawn track down Menagerie, the woman who worked to destroy the Elite. She is separated from the alien insects and incarcerated. Major Disaster has asked not to see any of them for a few months, to help his recovery from alcoholism - Vera promises to try not to break his trust. She hooks up once again with Naif al-Sheikh - the experiment is far from over.
