HISTORY

The sister of the sadistic Manchester Black, Vera Lynn worked for British government black ops for many years. At some point, her body was vastly modified and she is now a cyborg with the ability to change her appearance and housing an arsenal of weapons inside her.

In an attempt to atone for the sins of her brother, she formed a new version of his 'Elite' group which had become a covert, unofficial branch of the Justice League. She led this Justice League Elite and found it a struggle to keep control of the volatile array of personalities on the team. She was not helped by having Manchester Black residing in her head.
