HISTORY

As Libby Lawrence was making her way across Nazi-invaded Europe during 1939-1940, she was aided covertly several times by a German officer, "Colonel Krupp". Finally making her way back to England, then America, she saw the man again, thinking that he was a spy. It turned out that he was Rick Cannon, U.S. Army Captain, G-2 agent and spy for the Allies. Cannon was stateside during most of the war, fighting Fifth Columnists, aided by both reporter Libby Lawrence and the costumed mystery-woman Liberty Belle. Even though they seemed like there was more to the relationship, Ricky and Libby were just friends.
