HISTORY

Edward Arling was the assistant of Sam Toth, the first Silver Fog. Arling stole Toth's technology to become the second Silver Fog and was tricked by the Teen Titans to fight the Gentleman Ghost (I) and I.Q. Dropping his criminal career, Edward was later succeeded by his son Nelson, who created a third Silver Fog.
