HISTORY

The man called Sledge was a mighty, but somewhat dumb, powerhouse created as a secret weapon for the rogue American government agency called the Quorum. After breaking free, he fought Warrior and Steel on several occasions.

Sledge later joined the Suicide Squad and D.E.O. agent Cameron Chase in a mission against the Construct in South America. Although the Squad rebelled against Chase and abandoned their mission, Sledge died a hero's death when he sacrificed himself in battle against the Peruvian guerilla group known as the Shining Path, to save his teammates.
