HISTORY

Following the Sinestro Corps War, Sinestro Corps soldier Ugg-I of Sector 53 was imprisoned in the Sciencells on Oa. Loyal to Sinestro, Ugg-I had a festering hatred of the Green Lantern Corps. A particular focus was their jailer, Green Lantern Voz. Ugg-I vowed to visit death and destruction upon the Lantern’s friends and family in his home Sector 571.

The rampage of Red Lantern Vice and the return of their yellow power rings meant the Sinestro Corps could strike against the Green Lanterns. The riot was eventually quelled and the yellow rings were contained once more, but the prisoners were not sent back to their sciencells. Instead, they were lined up and executed one by one by the Alpha-Lanterns. Ugg-I was executed prior to the death of Alexander Nero of Sector 2814. - Green Lantern Corps Vol. 2 #38

BLACK LANTERN: UGG-I

After the fall of the Blackest Night, a black ring descended upon Ugg-I's corpse, downloaded her memories and reanimated her body as a member of the Black Lantern Corps. - Green Lantern Corps Vol. 2 #40

As a member of the Sinestro Corps, Ugg-I possessed a yellow power ring and power battery.
