HISTORY

The exact crimes of Uli Algor have not been fully documented, however it is known she had plotted to steal secrets from the Legion of Super-Heroes and was a prisoner on Takron-Galtos. Six months into her term, she was given prism therapy which, under ordinary circumstances, would have reformed her.
